Term of sales contract and information on goods and prices

The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchasing goods from the Web Store.

Web Store placentactiv.com offers products for hair growth and eyelash serum.

The prices of the products sold in the Web Store are indicated next to the products. Please note that a delivery fee may be added to the price.

The delivery fee depends on the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the purchaser when the order is placed.

Information on the goods is specified in the Web Store immediately next to the goods.

Placing an order

To place an order, the desired goods should be added to the shopping cart. To place the order, the purchaser must fill in all of the required data fields with their personal data. We assure you that we do our best to maintain the security of your personal data.

After filling in the personal data form, a suitable means of delivery of the products must be chosen. After that, the total amount of the payment will be displayed, payable via bank link or another payment method.

The contract enters into force after the amount due has been credited to the bank account of the Web Store. We then send you a confirmation e-mail and display the confirmation of receipt of an order on the website as well.

If the goods ordered cannot be delivered because they are out of stock or for any other reason, we advise the purchaser accordingly as soon as possible and refund the amount paid (including the delivery fee) promptly but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the notification.

Delivery

Products ordered from the placentactiv.com web store are delivered within Europe only. To ship products outside Europe, please write to [email protected]

The shipping costs are covered by the purchaser and the relevant price details are shown next to the shipping method.

Within Europa, deliveries usually arrive at the location specified by the purchaser within 3 to 10 working days of entry into force of the sales contract.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within a time frame of up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

Once the order has been received, the purchaser has 60 days to withdraw from the agreement entered into in the Web Store. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

To exercise the 60-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way the purchaser would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the Web Store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, the purchaser must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address [email protected] within 60 days of receiving the goods.

The costs of returning the goods are covered by the purchaser unless the reason for return is the fact that the goods to be returned do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. an incorrect or faulty product).

The purchaser must return the goods within 60 days after sending the e-mail or submit evidence that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Web Store promptly, but no later than within 60 days of receipt of the application for withdrawal, refunds to the purchaser all amounts received from the purchaser under the contract.

The Web Store may refuse to provide a refund until the item that is the object of the contract is returned or until the purchaser produces proof that the item has been sent back, whichever happens first.

If the purchaser has explicitly chosen a method of delivery that differs from the most inexpensive normal method of delivery offered by the Web Store, the Web Store is not obliged to refund to the consumer the amount exceeding the cost of normal delivery.

The Web Store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the Web Store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

Right to lodge a complaint

The Web Store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to a purchaser. Within the first six months of delivery, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the Web Store’s responsibility to prove otherwise.

If a defect is discovered, the purchaser has the right to contact the Web Store within two months by sending an email to [email protected] or calling +372 7414 356.

The Web Store is not liable for any defects arising after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser.

If the goods bought at the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is liable, the Web Store repairs or replaces the defective goods. If the goods cannot be fixed or replaced, the Web Store refunds all fees incurred under the sales contract to the purchaser.

The Web Store responds to the purchasers complaint within 15 days in a written format or in a format which can be reproduced in writing.
